Ottoman Houses

Lefke has many houses that are in the Cypriot-Ottoman style.

Although they were mainly built in the 1920s and 30s, there two that have dates of 1898 and 1908 above the doors.

There are some elements of Greek architecture, indicating that they may have been built by Greek Cypriot builders.

In total there are 34 listed buildings of one sort or another in the town.
